SHIPPING POLICY 

How to Order

Place an order in the FareTec Inc. online store.  Please contact Customer Service via e-mail at service@faretec.com or by phone at 440-350-9510 if you have any questions or need assistance.  Customers will receive an e-mail order confirmation as orders are successfully placed in our system.

Shipping Rates

As of this time, FareTec Inc website ships to US customers only.  Rates are currently set based on lowest possible available for the orders given size and weight and distance shipped calculation.

Order and Shipment Procedures

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment is processed.  FareTec Inc. will attempt to process order cancellation requests prior to shipment if able.  If a portion of a customer order is temporarily out-of-stock, this portion of the order will be shipped to the customer as soon as available at no additional cost to the customer.

Customers will be notified via e-mail when their order is shipped, along with contact information for tracking purposes.  To report a possible missing package, contact us at service@faretec.com or 440-350-9510, but please allow a reasonable amount of time (5 business days) to pass before reporting it to us.

 

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that all the items we sell will meet your personal satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please call us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

Returning Merchandise

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days. An RMA number may be requested by emailing us at service@faretec.com or by phone at 440-350-9510.  You will be provided with an RMA number and instructions for sending the product(s) back to us.  To obtain the RMA number, please provide us with the invoice number and reason for the return.

Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused items, along with all accessories, within 30 days for an exchange or refund.  All items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.  Returned clothing items must be unworn.

FareTec Inc. will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization (RMA) number.  This number must be posted in a conspicuous place on the outside of the package.  Merchandise must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items.  Shipping for returned merchandise will be paid by FareTec Inc., at their discretion.  Special orders may not be returned.

Damaged Packages

In the event of product damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service via e-mail at service@faretec.com or by phone at 440-350-9510 for further assistance.
