The FareTec RESPONDER® Pelvic Binder is a compact, adjustable pelvic stabilization device designed for rapid deployment in emergency, tactical, military and prehospital environments.
Its streamlined design allows the binder to be positioned beneath the patient, adjusted for a wide range of body sizes, and secured using a simple hook-and-loop fastening system. The low-profile construction helps responders quickly establish circumferential pelvic stabilization while maintaining access for ongoing patient care.
Constructed from durable Cordura® with Mil-Spec hook-and-loop materials and heavy-duty nylon webbing, the RESPONDER® Pelvic Binder is built for demanding field conditions while packing small enough for trauma kits, medical bags and emergency vehicles.

The CoTCCC update, released on 31JAN2017 indicates pelvic binding under "Circulation" for bleeding control, due to common high-energy battlefield MOI's associated with significant morbidity and mortality due to associated vascular injuries. 26% of service members that died in OEF/OIF died with a pelvic fracture.
