The FareTec EL3000 NATO Wheeled Litter Carrier is a rugged, rapidly deployable patient transport system designed to improve mobility across field hospitals, evacuation routes and challenging terrain.
Two large puncture-free wheels transform a compatible litter or backboard into a highly mobile transport platform, allowing a patient or supplies to be moved by a single bearer when conditions permit. The design helps reduce the physical burden on medical personnel while conserving manpower during patient movement and evacuation operations.
When transportation is complete, the EL3000's supporting legs can be placed in the static position to create a stable, elevated patient platform that can also serve as a temporary field hospital bed.

Built for Rapid Patient Movement
Traditional litter carries can require multiple personnel and place a significant physical burden on medical teams.
The EL3000 places the patient load over two large wheels, allowing responders to move patients more efficiently through field hospitals, staging areas, evacuation routes, helicopter landing zones and other operational environments.
The same system can also be used to transport medical supplies and equipment when patient movement is not required.
Puncture-Free Mobility
Large non-pneumatic wheels use solid inserts to eliminate the risk of flat tires and remove the need to carry pumps or manage tire pressure in the field.
Quick-release axle pins allow the wheels to be installed or removed in seconds, helping medical teams transition rapidly between transportation, deployment and storage.
Adjustable Litter Retention
The EL3000's metal hand-wheel system allows the carrier to be quickly adjusted to secure compatible litters and backboards.
The intuitive retention mechanism is designed for rapid adjustment and can be operated one-handed, helping simplify setup during time-sensitive operations.
Transport Mode to Static Patient Platform
Once the patient reaches the treatment area, the EL3000 can do more than transport.
Move the supporting legs into the static position and the carrier becomes a stable, elevated patient platform suitable for temporary use in field hospitals, treatment areas, casualty collection points and emergency-response operations.
Rapid Deployment & Compact Storage
The EL3000 can be assembled or disassembled in under 30 seconds.
When not in use, the system folds into a substantially smaller configuration for storage and transportation, making it well suited for military vehicles, deployable medical systems, disaster-response caches and field hospitals.
